Reefer madness

It looks like the marijuana decriminalization movement is gaining speed, with Barney Frank set to introduce a bill soon. Hopefully on April 20.
I don’t see the bill actually passing, but it will reignite the debate about this. Which, even if no progress results, will at least be entertaining, due to the lack of a single coherent argument against decriminalization.
Go ahead, try to think of one. I dare you. And because I’m so damn generous, here’s a cheat sheet:
